Dynabolts, concrete anchors or masonry bolts as they are sometimes called, are used when there is a need to attach something securely to a concrete surface.

Because concrete anchors were designed to lock into the concrete, they have always posed a problem when the need arises to remove them (like a "Make Good" lease clause for example).

Drilling a hole in concrete (referred to as core drilling), always reduces the structural strength of that concrete. The smaller the hole, the lower the impact on the strength of the concrete. Also, the shallower the hole can be made, the better (drilling right through the concrete should always be avoided, as this can lead to greatly reduced concrete strength and the development of trip hazards later).
Our technicians are highly trained and very experienced at using our in-house developed Micro-Hole-System™. This involves “feeling” exactly how much material to remove and how deep to drill. A smaller hole equals less filler and a better overall result. We refer to this as our Micro-Hole-System™
